WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?

All orders take 2-3 business days to shipped out once your payment has been confirmed. (This excludes Saturdays & Sundays)

WHAT IS THE SHIPPING COST?

Standard shipping is a flat rate of $5.00 for 2-6 day delivery.

RETURN POLICY:

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return items purchased at full price (within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund or credit) less shipping fees, except in the case of an incorrect shipment. Items that are purchased on sale cannot be returned.

All return items must be unused, unworn and in the original condition in the original packaging. Items that are damaged or altered are not acceptable for return. Upon receipt of returned merchandise, Xitlali Jewelry reserves the right to deny a refund if the merchandise does not meet our return policy requirements. We are not responsible for lost return packages.

** Xitlali Jewelry does not provide shipping labels for returns. 

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS RETURNS?

Once your return has been processed, we will send you an email confirmation. Upon email receipt, it may take an additional 7-10 business days for the funds to be available in your account and 1-2 billing cycles for the funds to appear on your billing statement.
